Client: Humanscale

Cinto sets a new bar for moderately priced ergonomic seating. It features a backrest that is attached to the chair's frame via a flexible belt, allowing the backrest to move with the body to provide ample recline and lumbar support for the 90 percentile of users. In addition, Cinto’s seat pan features a pattern of cutouts that flex independently under the sitting bones to evenly distribute the sitter's weight and reduce pressure points. The pattern follows the human body contour, maximizing air flow and limiting perspiration. Created with the environment in mind, Cinto is 100% recyclable. It is made of a steel tube frame, elastomer belt, and injection-molded polypropylene seat and back, and is designed for quick and easy disassembly.
