Emilian Dan Cartis is an award-winning designer, strategist and innovation leader based in London — founder of Cartis & Co, working across business, design and sustainability. He has spent more than 22 years creating and leading creative and innovation teams.
For 11+ years he was Executive Director at PepsiCo Design Innovation, in global (New York) and European (London) roles, serving on PEP+, PepsiCo's sustainability leadership extended board across Europe; and with Humanscale he created ergonomic, human-centric products across commercial furniture and healthcare. He holds an Executive MBA in Sustainability & Circular Economy from Imperial College Business School, with distinction, and has taught design thinking for 7+ years as a Visiting Professor and Fulbright fellow at Poli Milano, Domus Academy and UAD Cluj-Napoca.
